🚚 Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: We are committed to delivering your luxury attire as swiftly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Transit Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, a unique tracking link will be shared with you immediately via email and SMS so you can monitor its journey in real-time.







🔄 Returns & Replacement Policy:
To maintain the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and manufacturing compliance for all our clients, all sales are final. We operate under a strict NO-REFUND and NO-RETURN policy.

We do not offer cash, store credit, or original-payment refunds under any circumstances.

Product replacement will strictly only be issued if the item arrives physically damaged due to transit.



📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:

To qualify for a replacement due to transit damage, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video. This is an absolute security and verification requirement with no exceptions.

Your unboxing video must adhere to the following strict criteria:

  • Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous capture from start to finish. Any clips showing cuts, pauses, or post-production editing will be automatically disqualified.


  • Legible Shipping Label: The physical shipping label affixed to the package must be clearly shown up close and be completely legible at the very beginning of the video.


  • Tamper Verification: The video must clearly document the package being opened from its original, securely sealed state.


  • Full Product Inspection: The footage must show the saree being completely unfolded and inspected on camera, clearly highlighting the specific area of transit damage.



  • Optimal Lighting: The video must be recorded in bright, clear lighting so that any physical defects or damages are undeniably visible to our inspection team.



⚠️ Please Note: Failure to provide an unboxing video that fulfills every single requirement listed above will result in the immediate and irreversible rejection of your replacement claim.

How to Initiate a Replacement Request




If your item has sustained damage during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to help@aysaauraclothing.com with your order number & replacement request clearly stated in the subject line.


  2. Submit Evidence: Attach the mandatory continuous unboxing video along with high-resolution close-up photographs of the transit damage.



  3. Evaluation & Dispatch: Our Quality Assurance team will review the submitted evidence. Upon validation that the damage occurred mid-transit, we will dispatch a glorious replacement of the exact same design to you at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).



In the rare event that the exact design is entirely out of stock, a store credit or an alternative layout selection of equal value will be happily provided.
