Ay Sa Aura Clothing – Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Ay Sa Aura Clothing, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping and COD policy before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders with a cart value of ₹1,498 or above.

- Orders with a value below ₹1,498 will be charged a shipping fee of ₹100.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

- A 30% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory to confirm all COD orders.

- The remaining 70% of the order amount is payable at the time of delivery.

- A COD handling fee of ₹50–₹70 (depending on the delivery location and courier partner) will be added to all COD orders.

Prepaid Orders

- No COD handling charges apply to prepaid orders.

- Customers only pay the order amount and applicable shipping charges (if any).

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Orders are processed after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or after receipt of the 30% advance (for COD orders).

- Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery

- Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and courier partner availability.

- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Important Terms

- The 30% advance paid for COD orders is non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched, except in cases where Ay Sa Aura Clothing is unable to fulfill the order.

- Shipping charges and COD handling charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

- Ay Sa Aura Clothing reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order if required and may update this policy at any time without prior notice.
